The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or a suit. We recommend wearing chunky heels due to some walking on grass. The gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Weather this time of year is typically mid 70s-low 80s during the day. It gets down to the 60s after the sunsets and before the sunrises. Thankfully, April is during Florida’s dry season, so humidity will be low and rainfall is minimal. The Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will take place inside the air conditioned barn. Please plan accordingly.

Please plan on arriving between 3:15 pm and 3:45 pm. Unfortunately once our ceremony starts, no further guests will be allowed in to minimize distractions. Transportation will be provided from the Sheraton to and from the wedding.

Ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm and end around 4:30 pm. Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony, followed by the reception at around 5:30-6:00 pm. The reception will end at 10:00 pm, where we will then make our way to the hotel after party!

Bus transportation will be provided from the blocked hotel to and from the wedding. The bus will pick guests up at 3:15 pm from the hotel. The bus will take guests back to the hotel after the reception ends at 10:00 pm.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so please refrain from taking your phones out. We hired an awesome photographer to take pictures for us. Please take lots of pictures after the ceremony is over! Use our Wedding Hashtag #NoPlaceIdRotherBe on your social media posts for us to see!

There will be a displayed QR code that will send you to a google photos album. Please share all the pictures you took on your phone to this album!

While Edward and Alexis adore children, children under the age of 13 are not invited unless they are in the wedding party. Please enjoy an adult night out with us!
