As seating is limited, we can only accommodate a specific number of guests. Kindly refer to your online RSVP to confirm the number of reserved seats for you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

While there's ample parking at the venue, we suggest carpooling! A shuttle service will operate from the Hampton Inn in West Des Moines on Lake Drive for guests staying there. While Ubers are an option, they may be limited due to the venue's location. Please plan accordingly and ensure a safe journey home!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour is planned to be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Semi-formal. Considering the potentially hot and humid Midwest summer, please dress accordingly. Cowboy hats and cowboy boots are also welcomed :)

We will provide drinks for a limited time. Afterward, drinks will be available for the remainder of the night. The bar will be accepting both card and cash payments. Please do not bring in any outside alcohol. The venue requires that all alcohol be purchased/ served from the venue. You will be kicked out and subject to a fine if you bring it in.

While we would love to keep the celebration going all night, the festivities must end. The final shuttle will depart around 10:30 pm, and the last call at the venue will be at 10:45 pm, with the last song wrapping up around 11 pm.
