HAVE YOU RESERVED BLOCKS OF ROOMS AT ONE OR MORE HOTELS?

We have reserved blocks of rooms at the AmericInn by Wyndham North Branch. The AmericInn by Wyndham North Branch, offers a discounted wedding rate in addition to room blocks. Please refer to the "Lodging + Transportation" tab for more information.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, our wedding ceremony and reception are adult-only events. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to enjoy the night off!

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony and reception will take place at Creekside Farm Wedding & Events (8555 Rushseba Trail, Rush City, MN 55069).

WILL THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors in a shaded-cool area near the creek. The reception will be held indoors with the opportunity to venture outdoors during the cocktail hour and throughout the dance portion of the reception (see photos). Please plan accordingly as August weather in Minnesota fluctuates often.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE & WHERE CAN I PARK?

Upon arrival to Creekside, self-park will be provided. Please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to our ceremony start-time to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR AT THE VENUE OVERNIGHT?

You may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight but must pick it up by 9am the following day. We do not want people to drive under the influence:) Please utilize the free shuttle that we are providing to and from the AmericInn by Wyndham North Branch hotel as well.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN IT BE SUBMITTED ONLINE?

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2025. There is no need to mail your RSVP, so save yourself some time and stamps and instead visit the "RSVP" section of our website (theknot.com/alexisandgabekoenig) or scan the QR code on the back of the invitation to let us know if you are able to come or not. Please ensure that the RSVP name(s) match the name(s) listed on your invitation/envelope.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

If you cannot attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly. We understand and will miss you very much!

WHAT TIME WILL YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION END?

Our wedding reception will end at 11:00pm.

IS THERE COCKTAIL HOUR?

Yes, following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be held from 5:00pm-6:00pm both inside and outside of the reception barn where you are free to explore around the venue, take photos, and chit-chat with guests.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes, we do have an open bar that will serve domestic beer and wine. There is a "Cash Bar" as well, however it is CREDIT & DEBIT ONLY! The "Cash Bar" will serve drinks that are not hosted: Craft Beer, Seltzers, and Mixed Drinks. Reminder, this option is only accepted by credit or debit cards; NOT physical cash:)

WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR YOU HONEYMOON?

The week following our wedding, we will be headed to Miami to step aboard a cruise ship that will sail to the "ABC" Caribbean Islands of Aruba, Curacao, and Bonaire. We will be spending our honeymoon out at sea for the following eight days!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Our wedding is formal attire. This means that women, you may wear a full-length dress, midi-dress, or cocktail dress. Men, this means you may wear dress pants/dress shirt, suit, or sport coat (optional tie). We ask that you please do not wear jeans, shorts, jeans shorts, t-shirts, etc.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK INTO THE HOTEL?

Hotel check-in is at 3:00pm.
