Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is located 75 miles southwest of Athens. Drive-time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. We recommend flying into this airport and renting a car, or taking the Groome Shuttle. The Groome Shuttle offers pick-up and drop off at a select number of hotels in Athens, including Hyatt Place, Holiday Inn Express, Springhill Suites Downtown, Hilton Garden Inn, Hotel Indigo, and a few more. What is the dress code?

Semiformal/Cocktail Wear whatever makes you feel beautiful/handsome! Please note that the average temperature for Athens, GA in early December is 56F. Bring a warm coat for the ceremony.

Is there venue parking?

Ideally, many of you will book accommodations within walking distance of the venue. We highly encourage this, especially if you are planning to have a few drinks and dance your socks off! However, if you are not within walking distance there are several options for parking. There is ample street parking within a block or two of the venue. It is usually metered, but free on Sundays. YAY! There are a few parking decks within two to three blocks of the venue as well: Washington Street Deck, Courthouse Public Deck, College Avenue Deck, and Classic Center Deck.
