Although we would love to have the whole family at our special day, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children that are not in our wedding party at our wedding.

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Guests are encouraged to wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

The ceremony and reception will take place outside. In the event of rain, we do have plans put into place, just in case!

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and then from the venue back to the hotel. Please meet in front of the hotel by 1:30pm for the first shuttle and by 2:00pm for the final shuttle.

Yes, parking is available at The White Barn. You will park and be brought to the ceremony by golf cart. Please know that you are not able to leave your vehicle overnight.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take pictures and videos of the rest of the night!

The reception is set to end at 9:00pm. The shuttle will bring everyone back to the hotel. From there the shuttle will take those that are wanting to continue the party to The Red Mule until 1:00am. At 1:00am the shuttle will be available to take everyone back to the hotel to end the night.
