To book rooms, guests need to call the hotel front desk and mention the Sampson/Hepburn Wedding Block to receive the wedding-discount rates & be included in the room block.

The wedding discount rate for a 1K or 2D room is 15% off the daily rate at the time of booking. Guests must call the front desk to book, as online booking will not ensure guests receive a blocked room or discount.

Front desk staff will be able to assist guests and make sure they are receiving the room type and number of nights desired.
