How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Our wedding is located at Graceful Gatherings at LedgeRock, 2300 Gassman Rd, Varysburg, NY 14167. Transportation will be provided from the microtel to the venue and back (if you choose to stay). The wedding venue is roughly 10 miles from the microtel and parking is available on our venue site.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The Ceremony will begin at 3:30pm; we advise arriving to the venue site 15 minutes early. Please see travel tab for additional information regarding the shuttle.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes! There is plenty of parking available in the front of our venue. There will be signs directing you for your connivence. If you chose to say at the hotel there will be shuttle to take you directly from the hotel to the venue site. Please refer to the travel tab for more details regarding the shuttle.
What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outside under a pavilion. Directly following the ceremony, the cocktail hour will be held in the barn, however lawn games will be available to play outside as well! The reception will also be located in the main barn area. The main barn area has two large celling fans and large doors that provide a perfect cross breeze on hot August days. Signs will be located throughout the grounds for your convenience.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
The Wedding Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm, please arrive 15 minutes early. There will be cocktail hour to follow at 4:00pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm with dancing to follow.
Can I bring my kids?
We politely request that all attendees be over the age of 21. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Our Wedding is being catered by Food by DeLeo. We will be serving an Italian buffet. Featuring but not limited to Burrata Salad, Pesto Cream Tortellini, Chicken Parmesan, and Prime Rib. Please bring your appetite!
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Will there be an open bar?
YES! Open bar will begin directly following the ceremony. The bar will be closed during dinner, but will open again when the dancing begins!
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Yes! Please refer to the travel tab where you will find information on the Wynham Hotel and a direct link to our block of rooms.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired a group of amazing photographers and videographers to capture our special day and we want you to sit back and enjoy the day! It is encouraged to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We ask that you please RSVP no later than July 1st. You may RSVP using our paperless invitations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the RSVP process please do not hesitate to contact us via email at tandorosswedding2024@gmail.com or via message through our electronic invitations.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. Please see the 'Registry' tab if needed.
How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?
