Although we would love for everyone to celebrate this special occasion with us,we regret to inform you that ANYONE NOT ON THE RSVP LISTWILL NOT BE PERMITTED to attend our wedding due to venue capacity restrictions.

Our wedding will be adults-only, with the exception of a very small number of children who were specifically invited. When submitting your RSVP, please note that only the names listed on your invitation are invited. This does not include additional guests or children unless their names are explicitly listed. While we truly wish we could invite everyone, if a child’s name is not listed, they are not invited. We kindly ask that you only RSVP “yes” if you are certain you are able to attend. Please do not RSVP “yes” to hold a spot for yourself or another family member, as seating is extremely limited and we hope to invite others if space allows. The RSVP deadline is April 30th. If we DO NOT receive a response by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Also! Accepting “going” on Facebook WILL NOT count as an RSVP. Please RSVP through our website.

Our Wedding

David and Alexis first crossed paths when David was 12 years old, playing soccer with Alexis’ brother, AJ. During those years, although they saw each other occasionally, they never spoke or had any romantic thoughts about one another. Once AJ stopped playing soccer, David and Alexis never saw each other again. As time passed, both Alexis and David ended up attending the same high school. Thanks to their backgrounds in soccer, both of them made the school teams. David often wondered who the player wearing #10 on the varsity girls' team was, but it didn't click for him that it was Alexis until one of his teammates mentioned, "That's AJ Thao's sister."Two years went by, with Alexis in her senior year and David in his junior year, and they finally spoke for the first time. Alexis had weight training but often finished her workouts before the class ended. Afterward, she and her soccer friends would head to the gym to play soccer with the lifetime sports students, where David was. All the soccer kids would gather in their little corner, kicking the ball around, and this is where Alexis and David began to get to know each other. During soccer conditioning one day, the varsity boys were practicing right next to the varsity girls. David, unaware of his surroundings, almost bumped into Alexis. Before that happened, she playfully tried to scare him. "You didn't scare me," David said, and they both laughed and smiled before turning away. From that day on,&nbsp;Alexis found him quite cute. One day before school started, Alexis texted David saying she had forgotten to bring some soccer socks and wanted to know if he had an extra pair she could borrow. He told her he did, but in reality, he didn’t have any. However, he managed to get her some socks before practice. (It wasn't until months later that Alexis found out that he had actually texted his mom to bring a pair just for her.) Later that evening, Alexis messaged David to thank him. David ended their conversation by making a joke about Alexis and her team. In response, Alexis tie-dyed the socks and placed each sock on his windshield wipers as a form of playful revenge the next day.As days went by,&nbsp;Alexis kept texting David, trying to hint that she wanted to get to know him better. Unfortunately, he didn't realize her intentions until he mentioned to his best friends that she had been messaging him frequently. It was then that they pointed out that Alexis likely had feelings for him. And the rest is history.
