We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible. September is still a very popular travel season in Canmore, and rooms tend to fill up quickly. Many hotels and rentals are already beginning to book up for those dates, so reserving early will help ensure you find a place that suits your needs.

The ceremony will start promptly at 430pm. Please plan to arrive at 4 pm.

The Vista is located within Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, just a short 5-minute drive from the centre of Canmore.

Please note that parking within the provincial park requires a Conservation Pass, which can be purchased online for $15. Alternatively, we will be providing transportation for our guests. More details about shuttle times and pick-up locations will be shared at a later date.

We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony; leave this to our wonderful photographer!

Pending weather (fingers crossed!), the ceremony and cocktail hour will be located outside on the rooftop deck. Please plan to dress accordingly!

Yes! Canapés will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a dinner service, and of course, a late-night snack!

Please indicate in your RSVP any dietary restrictions you may have. Our venue is more than willing to accommodate!

We’ll be treating guests to a welcome drink after the ceremony and wine with dinner. A cash bar will be available for any additional drinks throughout the evening.

Please RSVP by July 1, 2026. Your response will help us finalize seating, transportation, and arrangements with our venue and vendors. We kindly ask that all guests reply by this date if possible.
