We met in the good old-fashioned modern way—on Hinge! And we’re both so grateful that we decided to swipe right! After spending countless nights talking and getting to know each other, we finally met in person on St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago.

Our first official date was to see Car Seat Headrest, a band Alexis loved but Tyler didn’t know. That night, we bonded over music and soon discovered how much we shared—whether it was our love for food, game nights, or simply enjoying good times together.

From that point on, we were pretty inseparable. It didn’t take long for us to realize that we had found something special, and we feel so lucky to be building a life together. We’ve shared so many amazing moments that have only deepened our love, and we know there’s so much more to come.

We also couldn’t be more thankful for the love and support from our friends and families along the way. Their encouragement, advice, and laughter have made this journey even sweeter. We’re grateful for the role each of them has played in helping us grow and stay grounded in the love we share.

Our love has grown through shared experiences, each one deepening our connection and strengthening the foundation of our relationship. We've built a life full of joy, and we know we’ll continue to love each other through every challenge and triumph that comes our way. So, here’s to the adventure of a lifetime, and to loving each other with everything we’ve got.
