Anthony and Lexi first met through a mutual friend and didn't talk much till 'anime' was mentioned. That sparked the first conversation. They then met again in high school; at the time he was a senior and she was a freshman. Without truly knowing the connection Anthony's dad Brian was Lexi's Junior High teacher as well as her older siblings.

Anthony was very tall in high school already and when they reconnected she was the smallest in the friend group. There happen to be one day that he was chatting with a friend when Lexi started to bug them and he told her 'Freshman if you don't stop bothering us I'm going to put you in the trashcan.' Yet she didn't believe him. So she continued to annoy him. He kept his word. Next thing she knew she was being hoisted up and was put into a (clean) trashcan...but then also picked back up out of it right after.

Funny how being put into a trashcan causes you to start liking someone. In this case that's what happened. They started to talk more and hang out. The only reason her parents allowed them to date was because they knew the Paynic family very well and trusted this deep voiced senior who was 6'4.

Life took them separate ways but life also brought them back together. Not just once, or just twice- but a third time. Third times the charm they say. It's also been said that someone can be the right person but its just not the right time. That was 100% true.

Now they find themselves ready to be wed not long from now and its funny how the connection was first made.
