You will need to fly into Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS), formerly known as Nassau International Airport.

Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel to The Bahamas. A valid passport will also be required at check-in for each guest staying at Baha Mar.

Yes! We know many of you are traveling from different parts of the country, so we encourage you to take this opportunity to explore and enjoy your time here. While the wedding events are from Thursday May 1, 2025 - Friday May 2, 2025, the discounted room rates will apply from a check-in date as early as Monday April 28, 2025 until a check-out date as late as Thursday May 8, 2025.

ARE THE WEDDING EVENTS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Both! The welcome dinner on Thursday will take place outdoors on a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the island and ocean. Friday’s ceremony will be held inside the waterside chapel followed by a cocktail hour on the nearby Bimini Deck. The reception will be held outdoors at Baha Bay Lawn, about a 10 minute walk from the chapel.

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS AHEAD OF MY STAY?

Baha Mar offers a wide range of restaurants to dine at, but many tend to book up months in advance. If you would like to experience any of them, we recommend making reservations early.
