The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. We suggest that you arrive to St. John the Evangelist by 2:30 PM. Please allow yourself ample time to park.

Both spaces have garage parking available across the street from them. Parking details are outlined under the Travel tab of our site. If you have any questions, please reach out to Frank or Ali! (We get it- Philly parking can be a nightmare). There will also be a shuttle from the hotel to the church ahead of the ceremony.

Our ceremony is about 3 blocks from the reception so feel free to walk around and enjoy the city before you make it back for cocktail hour! There are tons of bars and restaurants you can enjoy in between the locations. Please see our Things to Do tab for some recommendations.

We recommend requesting an early check-in when you book your room. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. If you do not secure an early check-in, you can leave your luggage with the baggage check prior to the ceremony.

We would love to see you dress up with us! Our dress code is black-tie optional.

Children are welcome to the ceremony, however to allow all of our guests to enjoy an evening of relaxation, we politely request adult attendance only.

Due to limited space, we politely request that only the people listed on your invitation be present.
