Given the location of the wedding, please kindly offer a Soft RSVP that will help give us a rough idea of who will be joining us for part or all of our wedding week. This does not commit you to your decision, but helps with our planning efforts.

Don’t forget your passport! Your passport will need to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure. So, please ensure your passport is valid through NOVEMBER 2025. If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! Passport processing times are about six to eight weeks.

We understand that a destination wedding is an investment of both your time and money, so while we hope you can join us in Cancun, we also recognize you may have other responsibilities! There will be absolutely no hard feelings if this doesn’t fit into your schedule, budget, PTO allotment, etc. We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you’ve made your decision to help with our planning efforts.

While we love your little ones, we have chosen an adults-only resort so everyone can relax and enjoy their trip. We appreciate you making arrangements and taking time to celebrate with us!

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and we are hoping to keep the guest list limited to those on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Early May in Cancun is normally high 70’s to high 80’s. As most of us in WI are used to humidity, expect a similar feel while in Cancun!

Our travel agent, Stacy, will be assisting you in planning transportation from the airport to the resort. The drive is only about 20 mins, so up to you if you would like to do shared or private transportation.

We ask that guests wear whatever they will be most comfortable in for an outdoor wedding. We will be on a rooftop, so you won’t need to worry about walking on the beach in heels! Please no jeans, white, or ivory.

If we do not receive your RSVP back by the date we provided, we will mark you as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide our total guest count to our venue in the timeframe they provided us and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVP’s. We hope you understand!
