The ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors on grass (keep grass-friendly footwear in mind), followed by the reception in a covered outdoor area (both at Golf Mont Cascades). Please plan accordingly and consider the weather conditions for your comfort.

Yes! Complimentary shuttle buses are available from the Novotel Hotel in Ottawa (33 Nicholas St, Ottawa, ON K1N 9M7) to the venue and back. (40 min drive)

The shuttle bus will depart the Novotel Hotel for the venue at 3:30 PM sharp. Return buses will depart the venue at 12 midnight and 2AM back to the Novotel (downtown Ottawa).

It is possible to Uber or taxi from Ottawa to the venue, however, Uber is not available on the Quebec side. There is a ride program where teams of two will come to the venue in one car and drive guests in their car to their destination (as far as downtown Ottawa). Cost is similar to that of a Taxi.

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at the venue.

We love your kiddos, but this time we want you to treat yourself to a kid-free night out! Unless your invitation says otherwise, we kindly ask you to leave the little ones at home. Get ready for some fun and think of it as a perfect date night out!

We're so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. We hope you understand and can still join us to share in our joyous occasion!

We kindly ask that you arrive around 4:30 PM to ensure you don’t miss any of the excitement. Arriving at this time will give you the chance to settle in, relax, and soak up the atmosphere. Enjoy a glass of champagne, mingle with other guests, and take in the beautiful surroundings before the main events start.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony as we have a wonderful photographer capturing the moment. Rest assured, we will share these photos with you! Once the reception begins, feel free to snap away and capture as many memories as you wish!
