A complimentary shuttle bus will be available for guests to transport them to the wedding venue. The shuttle can be located outside of Comfort Suites. For those staying at TRU by Hilton, these two hotels share a parking lot, so it will just be a short walk.

Boarding will begin at 3:00 pm, and the shuttle will depart promptly at 3:10 pm. Please ensure you are ready to board on time, as the shuttle will not be able to wait for late arrivals.

A shuttle bus service will be available to take guests back to Comfort Suites & TRU by Hilton from the venue. The first shuttle will depart around 9:45 pm, and the second will leave around 10:45 pm. Please plan accordingly to ensure you catch the shuttle that best fits your schedule.

There will be designated parking for vehicles left in the parking lot overnight. Vehicles left overnight should be picked up by 10:00 am the following day…Safety is first!
