We have opted to have guests stay in Grapevine, Texas. All hotel options are within 5 minutes of each other. The hotels are 20 minutes (on the highway) or 30 minutes (on backroads) away from the venue. We chose to have guests stay in Grapevine because there is much more to see and do in this part of DFW. Feel free to take a peak at the "Things To Do" tab for some ideas! We can't wait to celebrate with each of you!
Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center
PREFERRED HOTEL. Please mention the Stedke/Lippert wedding when you call for preferred rates of $139. This rate includes 2 breakfast vouchers per day per room for an extensive breakfast buffet. There is a shuttle to and from DFW airport. This is where the bride and groom will be staying.
There will be a recurring shuttle bus through Premier Transportation taking guests between the Hilton and the wedding venue from 3pm-10:30pm (the wedding ends at 10pm).

Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
The Gaylord is located 5 minutes away from the other hotels, and the rate is variable. The inside of the hotel is stunning, with a large glass ceiling and lots of Texas decor. There are restaurants and fountains and a multilevel riverwalk inside the hotel. There is a shuttle to and from DFW airport. There is a shuttle to and from downtown Grapevine.
This is where Ali and Cory got engaged! We had a surprise family dinner at Zeppole inside the Gaylord after we got engaged!
Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport North
We do not have a block at this hotel, so the rate is variable. Embassy Suites is located right across the street from our preferred hotel. There is a shuttle to and from DFW airport.
