Transportation will be provided for the reception. You will be able to take transportation from hotel to reception and back at the end of the night. There will be 2 shuttles to take guests to the reception.

Below is the transportation schedule:

4:20pm- Pick up guests at Microtel

4:25pm - Pick up guests at Hamton Inn

4:40pm - Arrive at Reception

5:00pm-Pick up guests at Microtel

5:05pm- Pick up guests at Hampton Inn

5:20pm- Arrive at Reception

9:00pm- Regular shuttles begin back to hotel and will run approximately every 20-30 minutes

10:30pm- Final shuttle back to hotels
