Due to our allowed guest count, we do not have extra space to accommodate plus ones to every solo guest. On your invitation, it will say if a plus one spot has been reserved for you. Additionally, when you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The dress code is formal- suits and/or midi to full length dresses. No jeans please! Please remember that October in Upstate New York can be very chilly, so make sure to bring sweaters or light jackets in case you get cold later in the evening. Kindly refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, creams, etc. We would love to see everyone wear bright colors and fun patterns!
When should I arrive?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm as we are working to beat sundown! We recommend arriving between 4:30-4:45pm so you have time to mingle and find a seat.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Yes! The ceremony will be held indoors, and the reception will be held semi-outdoors in a large tent.
Is there an open bar?
Yes! Plan to make arrangements in advance for a ride back to your hotel if you plan on drinking. We recommend using ride share apps such as Uber or Lyft or carpooling with a DD. Please do not drink and drive.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking for all guests. Please keep in mind that our cocktail hour and reception are open bar, so please do not drink and drive.
Can we take pictures or videos?
As photographers ourselves, we will respect the wishes of our valued photographer and will not be allowing photography or recording of any kind during the ceremony. During the reception, however, photography and videos are greatly encouraged! We will be providing some fun photo games for all guests to participate in during the reception.
