Dress in cocktail attire for both the ceremony and reception. Our garden summer reception is scheduled to be held outside, weather permitting. We suggest that men wear a lightweight suit or jacket in any color and women wear a tea dress, dressy separates, or a nice pantsuit.

Yes! The Rhodes on the Pawtuxet has more than enough spots in their free private parking lot to accommodate all of our guests. Guests are allowed to leave their cars overnight and return to pick them up the next day.

A 29-seat shuttle will be available for those staying at the Radisson and will pick up one time at 3:25pm. A second 11-person shuttle will arrive at 3:45pm. Those not staying at either hotel will need to arrange their own transportation or reach out to Alicia or Michael for assistance.

The ceremony is currently planned to outdoors on the lawn of the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet with the cocktail and reception to be held inside. If significant rain, the ceremony will be held inside the Rhodes as well.

Rhode Island experiences typically warm and pleasant weather in the summer with average high temperatures ranging from 80 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 to 29 Celsius). Evenings tend to be cooler around 60 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit (16 to 18 Celsius)

The bar must legally cease serving alcohol between 10:00 - 10:30pm. The after party will continue in the Goddard room of the Radisson Hotel! No outside food or liquor is allowed in the room. Please plan accordingly.

The cocktail hour will start following the ceremony in the Rhodes entrance hall on their property. Cocktail hour will last 60 - 90 minutes before formally starting the reception.
