Weekend Schedule

Friday Night Welcome 

We’re kicking off the weekend in true St. Pete style! Join us Friday night at Pier Teaki, the lively rooftop bar at the very end of the Pier. We’ll have a few of the Teaki Huts reserved just for our group. Expect open-air views of the bay and downtown skyline and the Florida sunset as our backdrop 🌅✨ After a small family dinner, the bride and groom will join everyone to celebrate with lite bites, tropical cocktails, and good company. And don’t worry - there will be TVs in our section so you can keep an eye on the FSU game (yes, Alicia timed that perfectly 😉). Beach Drive and the Pier area is our favorite part of St. Pete, and we’re excited to spend time there with friends as the weekend begins. Ceremony & Reception 

Our Ceremony and Reception will both take place at the historic St. Petersburg Woman's Club. The building itself is designed in the elegant Mediterranean Revival style, a popular architectural trend in Florida during the 1920s, giving it that vintage charm. It's located in the Snell Isle neighborhood and offers beautiful waterfront views, making it the perfect backdrop for our Florida wedding! What should I wear? The attire is formal. Women are encouraged to wear colorful, long dresses, while men should opt for suits or jackets (tie optional). Where should I stay? Our wedding weekend hub is the beautiful downtown St. Pete waterfront, specifically along Beach Drive – a super walkable area filled with local shops, restaurants, museums and the St. Pete Pier. It’s where we imagine most of our out-of-town guests will spend their time!We’ve secured room blocks at two hotels along Beach Drive (just minutes away from our venue, the St. Petersburg Woman’s Club). What time does the ceremony start? The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We kindly ask that you arrive early and settle in before we begin.

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception outdoors? Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the waterfront lawn of the Woman’s Club, with the reception to follow indoors. What will the reception be like? Do I need to pre-select a meal? We’re skipping the traditional sit-down dinner in favor of a more relaxed, festive vibe. There won’t be assigned seating or a set dinner time. Instead, we’ll have several food stations open throughout the night with a variety of options (all dietary needs covered). Grab a drink from the open bar, enjoy the live band, and spend the night however you want! We love hosting and throwing great parties, and our wedding is no exception. We want everyone to enjoy themselves, and for it to not feel like a tightly scheduled event. It’s going to be our best party yet!&nbsp;

How do I get to the wedding? Will there be parking? Transportation will be provided between The Vinoy Resort and the venue. The Woman’s Club offers limited parking nearby, but Rideshare is encouraged! When should I RSVP by? We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 1st. Can I bring a plus-one? We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If a plus-one was included, you'll see their name on your envelope or RSVP details.
