Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Our ceremony and reception will be in the same place! While we need a few hours in between to allow for set up and pictures, feel free to relax at the hotel or take that time to freshen up at home.
We will be having a cocktail hour at 6, followed by supper starting at 7pm
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
There is free on site parking at the hotel. We do suggest car pooling if possible, as it isnt the biggest lot!
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
The hotel will have special rates for anyone with the wedding party! Call and let them know you’re with us :)
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
We would appreciate having your RSVPs back by June 1st so we can let our venue and decorators know our final numbers. This website allows you to answer the invite without having to send an RSVP back to us
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will be starting at 2pm. Arrive by at least 1:30 to give yourself time to mingle and get a seat!
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
We will be having a stuffed chicken dinner with veggies and potatoes :)
Let me know of any dietary issues!
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but, should you wish to give a gift as well, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
