We have reserved a block of rooms for the dates 5/10/24-5/12/24. These must be reserved no later than 4/19/24. Please keep in mind there will be graduations, the Fat Ass 5k, and other events going on that weekend so it’s important to get these booked ASAP!

For parking at the hotel, if you are coming during the Fat Ass 5K events, you will have access to park in the garage, but you will need to enter by going to the gate located on the hotel’s drive. Then the exit that will be open is the one on the 2nd level that exits onto Washington. You are also welcome to park at any of the available meters. If you choose to park at a meter and it is BEFORE 5pm on Friday, you will need to abide by the meter’s posted time limit. You will not need to put any change in the meters, but the time limits are enforced from Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The times are not enforced on the weekends.
