Q & A

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP as soon as possible, but by August 1st 2024 at the latest. This will help us in the planning process and ensure we provide our venue with a total guest count in a timely manner.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and included in your party when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding to close family and friends.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

We have decided to keep our wedding as mostly an adults-only event. The only exception will be the little ones in the wedding party and close/immediate family. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

WHERE WILL THE WEDDING EVENTS TAKE PLACE?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at The Garden at the Hops. The after party will be held at the Hops Company, which is adjacent to the venue.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We would like our guests to arrive to the venue at 4:00PM to make sure you have time to grab a refreshment and find your seat. There will be a shuttle to bring guests over from the hotels. Please see the travel & accommodations tab for details on the shuttle pick up times. If you prefer to drive yourself, there is free parking on site, and you can even leave your car overnight and pick it up the next morning.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us, so we are requesting formal wedding attire. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. And we kindly ask that our guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride, such as white or ivory.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE WEDDING?

Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony" so we ask that you kindly put your phones on silent and keep them away for the duration of the ceremony. Our officiant will give you an opportunity to take a photo before we begin, and we have a wonderful photographer who will capture these moments.
