Tedros and Alicia first met in summer of 2018 after Tedros moved in with Alicia's childhood friend, Andrew Bielen. Their first meaningful hang out was on September 22, 2018. While they started off unsure of each other, they soon grew in love.

On February 9, 2019 Tedros asked Alicia to be his girlfriend. He brought her sunflowers (her favorite flowers) shortly after they spent a weekend away in Richmond, VA

Alicia and Tedros went to Costa Rica and had fun! They biked around the coastline, took surf lessons, saw sloths, and drank fresh coconut water daily.

Alicia and Tedros moved in together! 3 months after moving into an apartment in Petworth, DC Tedros bought a condo they now live in.

Alicia and Tedros spent the month of February 2021 in Vermont where Tedros taught Alicia how to snowboard.

After a date night eating ceviche and walking among the monuments, Tedros got on one knee and asked Alicia to marry him! They are excited to celebrate with friends and family on June 11, 2022 in the city they fell in love, DC.
