The wedding ceremony and reception will be held here!
avid hotel Madison - Monona, an IHG Hotel
This hotel is a little further from our venue but is a more budget friendly option and has less of a risk of selling out for the Badger game.
We are offering a shuttle from this hotel to the venue and back!

Getting to the Wedding
By Shuttle
To ensure safe travel to and from the Avid hotel, we have booked a shuttle to run throughout the night!
The 24-seat shuttle will begin running around 3pm. The round-trip time is approximately 30 minutes. Please plan accordingly to arrive on-time.
The last trip will be at midnight!
By Ride Share
Madison is a popping city - ride share services are a fairly reliable mode of transportation if you choose to use one. Both Uber and Lyft are often readily available.
By Car
The Edgewater does have a parking garage that you can park in for the wedding at a rate of ~$3/hour.
Alternately, the hotel is not far from residential streets that offer street parking. Please be aware of parking signs wherever you park!
