On September 23rd, 2019, Michael wished Alicia a happy 20th birthday. From that day, they became very close friends and would talk to each other everyday. It was not long after where they found a deeper interest in each other. Michael and Alicia's love story starts off on the warm evening of June 9th, 2020. Michael took Alicia on their first date at Tobay Beach. On that night, Michael asked Alicia to be his girlfriend, and with excitement, she said yes! Little did they know that day would be the first day to the rest of their lives together. Throughout the years of college, their relationship stayed stronger than ever. Michael and Alicia have been there for each other through thick and thin, good or bad. They always talked about a future, even when dating for only a couple of months. They knew that their relationship was far from ordinary; it was special. They would make time for each other, even on the busiest of days. They were, and still are, inseparable.

On April 25th, 2022, their lives changed forever. The happy couple was dining at Vittorio's Steakhouse in Amityville, NY. They got their favorite dessert from there: the peanut butter cup with a side of vanilla ice cream. On the plate, it wrote, "will you marry me?" Immediately after Alicia seeing that, she received a personalized bouquet of flowers. Before she could even react or look at Michael, he was down on one knee. Michael was holding a beautiful and custom-made princess-cut diamond ring (of course, the style that Alicia wanted), embedded in a lit-up ring box. She, of course, said yes with excitement and in disbelief.

From that point, Michael and Alicia have been planning the wedding of their dreams. Without hesitation, they chose the date: June 7th, 2024. This date is special because it is two days shy of their dating anniversary. They are so excited to celebrate their wedding day with family and friends.

Their relationship is far from ordinary. You will always see them laughing and smiling with each other. They are very adventurous, yet home-bodies. They traveled to Disney World, Bermuda, and Hershey Park during their 2-year long engagement. They love spending quality time with their family and friends. They are two very passionate people, and it is shown in their relationship, at work, and how they talk to each other. They always believe in the saying, "whatever will be, will be." Even though Michael and Alicia became friends in 2019, that was not their first encounter with each other. In June of 2017, Michael and Alicia ended up at the same prom table- with different dates. Who would have known that those kids would be getting married 7 years after their first encounter? That is why what ever is meant to be, will be, and they are meant to be together.
