Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5 o’clock and the cocktail hour will begin at 5:30.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible.

Yes

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be both indoors/outdoors. The reception will be all indoors.

Will you have an unplugged ceremony?

Yes, we are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture this moment in our lives and we would hate to have a phone/device blocking this moment for our professionals to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures/videos as you would like!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes, please see the Travel tab on this website.

Will transportation be provided to/from hotel?

Yes, a shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the venue and then from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the evening. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:30 and drop the guests off at 4:45 at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake. Guests will be dropped back off at the hotel when the reception ends at 11 pm.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is free parking at the venue. If you choose to drive, please drink responsibly. Cars can stay overnight at the venue if needed.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. When you RSVP here on our website, it will walk you through the specific guests included for you and your family.

Are kids welcome?

While we love our little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for our evening. This includes floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, or a suit and tie or a sport coat.

Will food and drink be served at the reception?

Yes, please select your plate on the RSVP.

Can I leave my car at the venue over night?

Yes! The Pavilion on Crystal Lake allows cars stay overnight if needed.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Deadline to RSVP is June 13th.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
