What is the dress code?

Fancy(ish) but comfortable. Men: Suit or slacks with a button-down shirt. A tie is great, but not required. A jacket is encouraged, but no pressure to wear it all night. Women: Cocktail dresses, dressy skirts/tops — whatever feels festive and polished but still comfortable. Shoes: Dancefloor-ready!

Where is the ceremony/reception

Ceremony: Brookfield Christian Reformed Church (where we'll try not to trip walking down the aisle to say our "I do's". Reception: Davians for cocktail hour, delicious meal, great music, and plenty of dancing (no embarrassing moves required...but encouraged).

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 1pm sharp - but if you live with someone who thinks being on time means sill looking for their shoes at 12:59...tell them it starts at 12:45. Trust us. This is a proven system (just ask Andy, he came up with it). Better early than sprinting down the aisle, right? Cocktail hour to follow at 4:30pm.

Is there parking available?

Yes - there's plenty of parking! No parallel parking nightmares or long hikes in heels - just pull in, park and come party. There's room for everyone (even that one friend who always brings a giant truck).

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones - truly! But for this celebration, we're keeping it adults-only. Consider it a well-deserved night off - wine, dancing and zero diaper changes.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Indoors (Obviously) Because it's January. In Wisconsin. And while we love a snowy vibe, frostbite doesn't pair well with formalwear.

Are you registered?

Kind of! We're lucky to be merging two households full of (mostly) matching silverware and more throw pillows than we probably need. So instead of a traditional registry, we'd be so grateful for contributions toward our honeymoon and a few pieces of furniture to make our new house a home!

Are you doing a welcome party or farewell brunch?

We're keeping things simple and soaking up every minute of the big day itself - no extra events! We'll be flying out on Sunday (hello, honeymoon!), so there won't be a farewell brunch - just a farewell hug on the dance floor.
