We decided it would be best to include Friday for our guests to ensure you can get ready in your hotel room. The hotel check-in time is 3pm and you should arrive at the venue by 4pm so if you were to check in on Saturday, you would have less than an hour to get ready!

Unfortunately, due to the maximum capacity of the venue, we are unable to extend the invitation to anyone who is not listed on your invitation. We appreciate your cooperation on this!

We encourage you to do what you think is best! If you are able to make arrangements for your kiddos and want to dance the night away with us, then please do so! If you can not make arrangements but want to celebrate with us still, then please bring them!

Yes, there will be a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue before and back to the hotel after! However, if you do not plan on drinking, we encourage you to please drive to the venue, as the bus will only be doing 2 rounds of pickup/drop off. The hotel is also conveniently only 5 minutes from the venue!

The shuttle will do two pickups at the hotel prior to the ceremony and two pickups at the venue after the reception. The pickup times at the hotel, before the ceremony, will be at 3:40pm and 4:05pm. The pickup times at the venue, after the reception, will be 10pm and 10:30pm.
