The wedding will take place at the Coutts Centre for Western Canadian Heritage, located 8km NE of the town of Nanton, AB. Nanton is about 80km south of Calgary on HWY 2, about a 1 hour drive from the city.
What is the best way to get to the venue?
From Calgary, drive south down HWY 2 until you reach the town of Nanton. Once arriving in Nanton, take a left to head west on HWY 533. Proceed down HWY 533 for about 4km until you reach Range Road 280, then head North for another 4km until you reach the venue (located on the left). This route avoids travelling down gravel roads for a long stretch of time, however, please keep in mind that Range Road 280 is a gravel road.

What time should we arrive at the venue?
Please aim to arrive at the venue at 9:30am. The ceremony will take place at 10am.
What time does the reception go until?
The ceremony will be in the morning, followed by a lunch reception and dessert. We wanted to give people ample time to drive back to the city so the reception will conclude after dessert.
is there an indoor area at this venue?
Yes, lunch will be served in a barn style reception hall. This space will be used for the ceremony as well in case of bad weather. This space will be open for you to come inside throughout the day.
