Due to capacity reasons, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. The RSVP on our wedding site will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor.
Are kids welcome?
We love all of your littles and family so so so much, but due to guest count and capacity restraints, we are asking for our wedding to be adult only. We really hope you are able to use this as a night out for yourself, to eat, drink, and dance!
When should I RSVP?
Thank you in advance for sending in your RSVP before the deadline of April 5th. You can easily RSVP right here on our wedding website! Please reach out to Zack or Alicia if you have any questions about RSVP. We cant wait to see you all!
When should I arrive to the ceremony?
The invitation time is an hour prior to the ceremony. We have invited everyone to a pre ceremony cocktail hour. We will have food, and a cash bar for our guests to enjoy while awaiting the ceremony.
Our ceremony site is not the same location as the reception, so please arrive early enough to the lodge to be on time for the ceremony.
Staying at the lodge?
If you are staying with us at the lodge, check in time is at 2pm before the ceremony.
Will there be transportation?
Unfortunately we do not have transportation to and from the ceremony site and lodge, but thankfully it is located just about three minutes up the road. Someone will be there to direct you to and from, and there will be a parking attendant as well.
Can I use my phone durning the ceremony for pictures?
We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you do not use your phone. We will however give our guests the chance to snap a selfie with the bride and groom right before the ceremony begins!
Will there be an open bar?
We will have beer and wine for our guests to enjoy! However Forest House Lodge has a full bar, and any cocktail you may be craving will be available for you to purchase!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be taking place at a breathtaking outdoor area, while the reception will be at the lodge!
