Although we love your children, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "Mr./Mrs. (your last name) & Family" if your children have been invited.

Yes, shuttle busses will be available for transportation departing from the Embassy Suites Hotel at 4:15pm to our reception at the Pavilion. Shuttles will also run at the end of the night back to the hotel at 11pm. We've learned that there is very limited/no public transportation like Uber or Taxis available from the town the reception is held so we highly suggest driving your own vehicle or using the transportation busses we provide!

Yes! Parking is available at our reception venue. Cars may be left overnight as long as they are removed before noon the following morning.

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Cocktail hour will be held both in an outdoor setting and indoors in case of weather restrictions.

To ensure everyone is accounted for at our wedding, we ask you to please RSVP by March 22nd. Guest who are unable to RSVP will be accounted as a declined guest.
