Individual Call-In- Individuals will call-in directly to make reservations from the group block. Please instruct the individuals to ask for the group block by name. A credit card guarantee is required with any reservation. The group block will be available for individual call-in until the release date list above.

-- Method of Payment:

Individual Pays Own- Individual group members are responsible for their own charges. A major credit card is required to hold sleeping room reservations. Rooms must be paid in full at the time of check-in. Checks will not be accepted as payment and cash payments will require a $200 refundable cash security deposit in addition to the full room & tax total upon arrival.

-- Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Contact the sales department with any special requests.

-- Safety & Security:
