It all started with a twist of fate - a class we both weren't supposed to be in. Danny was retaking a course due to credits not transferring and Alina found herself misplaced in a class that didn't count toward her degree. Fate had a plan, and it involved class notes and a seemingly innocent Instagram message.


A simple request for notes turned into endless texting, bridging the gap of miles as Danny traveled for baseball. Weeks passed before we finally met face-to-face, both nervous but eager. That first Hi in person led to a connection that felt like destiny.


On April 7th, 2015, during a movie date, Danny asked Alina to be his girlfriend, marking the beginning of a shared journey filled with cherished moments. From cheering on Danny's baseball games at NDSU, to traveling together, adopting our beloved furry companions, and embarking on new adventures, every step strengthened our bond.


Through eight and a half incredible years, we've grown together, creating a life woven with love, laughter, and endless support. Our journey led us to Charlotte, where, in August of 2023, Danny popped the question, setting us on the path to the next chapter of our story.


As we stand on the cusp of forever, we're overflowing with excitement to continue this adventure as partners for life. Join us as we celebrate our love and embark on this beautiful new chapter together.
