We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a tent. We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire that’s comfortable for an outdoor setting—think lightweight fabrics and breathable shoes that will be comfortable on cobblestone, grass, and the dance floor.

Yes! We will have on-site parking available for all guests. If you are staying in Gettysburg Ubers are another option.

We will have vegetarian and halal options available for those with dietary restrictions. If you have any additional dietary needs or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

We’re very excited to celebrate with our family and friends. Each invite will specify how many guests you’re welcome to bring. If you'd like to bring an additional member or have other special requests, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Children will have access to a designated space to decompress if overstimulated or if they need any sort of break. Arrangements have been made with an on-site sitter to look after children, and is available during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception as needed. We encourage this service to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted ceremony.

Additionally, children 5 years and under will have a vegetarian dinner which differs from the meal served to older guests. If you need additional accommodations for meals, please contact us and we will make necessary arrangements.
