Mike and Alisha met in medical school and bonded over their shared experience at the Psych Ward of the Indianapolis Roudebush VA (Mike took a creepy patient so Alisha wouldn't have to see them). Alisha asked Mike out 3 times, but Mike was always "busy" so she gave up. Weeks later Mike asked her out to dinner, and explained that yes, he was actually busy. They now live together in Indianapolis where Mike is finishing up his Anesthesia residency while Alisha has a few more years of Radiology training. They share a love for binge-watching Game of Thrones, board games, cooking, family and their dog Frankie. Mike proposed during a family trip to Zion National Park and got the response "You gotta be kidding me!"

Family is something Mike and Alisha hold dear and they can't imagine a better way to marry than before the people they hold most dear. We look forward to hosting you all in Ireland.
