You can visit any of Long Beach Island’s beautiful beaches and soak up the sun! Grab a chair, relax in the surf, and listen to the waves — it’s one of our favorite ways to spend a day. Be sure to purchase a daily or weekly beach badge, which you can get at the beach entrances once you arrive. There’s nothing like a classic LBI beach day!

Barnegat Lighthouse State Park is located at the northern tip of LBI. The lighthouse is commonly referred to as Ol' Barney and has been an island icon for over a hundred years. Visit the park's museum, walk the jetty, stick your toes in the tide pools, hike the (short) nature trail, or if you are feeling up to it, climb up to the top of Ol' Barney for an amazing view!

Bay Village lies in the heart of the downtown strip in Beach Haven. Here you will find a re-created a 19th century waterfront village with fun shopping, browsing, coffee, mini golf, eating and relishing in all things that are quintessential summertime activities (like fudge or clam chowder!). Kyle loves walking here and Ali’s favorite LBI clothing store, Breezin Up, is a must‑visit!
