How do I RSVP? When do I need to RSVP by?
You can click the RSVP tab. All attendees need to RSVP no later than June 11, 2026 to insure that our venders have time to prepare everything.
If you can not figure out how to RSVP online you are welcome to text the bride 479-787-8079 to let her know you are coming. You do not need to do both though!
Can I bring a date?
We’d love to include everyone, but due to limited space. Only guests who receive a plus one on their invitation can bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!!
What should I wear to this event?
We would love to see you dressed up for our big day. It’s not often you get the chance. But, We are asking business casual. Be comfortable for the weather it might be hot during the ceremony. But the Reception area has AC and we want you to dance the night away with us.
We also ask that you refrain from wearing any shade of green or gold if you’re not apart of the wedding party.
What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive around 30 minutes before to ensure you have a seat and you do not miss the festivities. Then it will be followed by food, dancing, cake, and an all round good time.
Are kids allowed?
We would love to see your kids but please be respectful. If they are rowdy, or going to cause a scene we ask that you please do not bring them.
Will there be food?
Yes there will be a beef taco bar at the reception for guests to eat 2-3 tacos per person. There will all be cake and drinks available as well.
For those that might have food allergies or special diets you might want to eat ahead of time as there will not be special accommodations for everyone.
Can I take pictures?
During the ceremony we ask that all guests refrain from taking any photos. We have paid a photographer to capture or day and trust that she will get all the amazing pictures.
During the reception you are welcome to take photos or videos. The bride and groom would like to be the first to post any pictures wedding related online so we just ask that you keep those memories until the bride and groom post first then you are welcome to share! This is out of respect for the bride and groom to enjoy this day first we the people we love then share with the world when we are ready.
When will it end?
The reception and everyone will be gone no later than 10. As that is when we have the venue booked until. This includes clean up time. So the party will probably be over by 9:30 at the latest.
What if I need a place to stay?
As the ceremony and reception are in Carthage, Missouri, it is not too far from Webb City or Joplin Missouri where there are plenty of great hotel options for you. If you need a place to stay or possibly might need a place to stay, look into booking a room at one of the fine hotels to ensure you have plenty of time to party and rest before your travel home!
