We invite you to RSVP online through the QR code on your wedding invitation. Invitations will be sent out shortly!

Ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We recommend guests show up at least 15 minutes early!

Our dress code is black tie optional. We encourage you to wear your best suit and tie! Alternatively, a floor length dress or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors on Willow Creek Winery’s Estate Lawn. Guests will walk on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to get to their seats for the ceremony. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the Winemakers Patio. Reception will be held indoors in the Winemakers Hall. There will be shuttles that take you from our ceremony to our cocktail hour/reception, or guests can feel free to walk down the windy, beautiful pathway on their own!

Yes, there is free on-site parking!

We will be providing a shuttle service between La Mer Hotel and Willow Creek Winery. Ahead of the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up guests at approximately 4:00 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to La Mer Hotel around 10:00 pm.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

We are not allowing additional plus ones to our wedding, as we’d like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. We look forward to celebrating with you on our special day!
