Unless your invitation was addressed to you “and guest”, please bring only yourself! We promise the wedding will be full of wonderful people that we love, and we hope you’ll be able to have fun without an additional guest of your own.

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share out photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

NO JEANS PLEASE We would like for there to be a little dress up involved, but dresses and suits are not required.

Short answer WHITE!! Long answer the bridal parties will be in a dark green and copper so please avoid these solid colors.

The Machias River Inn is a great local motel with a restaurant nearby. We have a room block here. There are local airbnbs and vrbo's as well. Locally there is also the Blueberry patch motel in Jonesboro. Further accommodations can be found in Lubec, Milbridge, Ellsworth or Bangor.

Please arrive as close to 3 o'clock as possible to provide ample time to park on site plus the short walk down the hill. If you require assistance with walking there will be a golf cart making trips down to the ceremony location.

Yes, but carpooling is encouraged.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
