Our story started in June of 2017 was on a dating site called POF which we all know it’s plenty of fish was I was on and off the site over the years but that summer I got a message from Carl just a few days before my birthday I went out that weekend to celebrate so I left the site alone for a few days. But so I went on to check it out after a long fun birthday weekend I got a message twice from him and I was just reading and the second one I got was asking if I was ghosting but then I message him kindly back said I do apologize for not getting back quicker I was celebrating my birthday weekend with friends. Soon enough he got back and said so sorry for that message I sent you and we both just giggled over it and message back and forward everyday and talked on the phone a lot then we finally had a first met/ date on 6/22/17 at heid’s in Liverpool had a nice lunch & walk at Onondaga lake park we just click so when it was a great time and when the date was over he kindly ask for a kiss goodbye and lol I don’t usually kiss on a first date but it was a simple kiss but it was very sweet and so kindly of him to ask too so that’s how it all began. We went on lots of dates and then he met all the family and friends all the people who I hold close to my heart and I am very thankful and grateful he got to met my papa Loffler that before he passed away that fall because he was my only grandparent I had living I knew than after they met I knew in my heart Carl was the man for me the one I want to do life with. We started giving cute names for each other mine is mouse and his is moose I love how he feel in love with my weirdness and funny self it took me away to find someone to except that I know he has the same things like me that’s why we get along so well and we love each other for who we are his has made made me laugh so hard with happy tears, smile everyday and cared for my needs and done the same for him too. July of 2020 in a middle of pandemic we took our family trip to New Jersey that Carl finally could join us I know his job at the time he didn’t get much vacation and now he is in welding and in good company he finally got to go on our family vacations that we take every July. Well it’s one family vacation I will never forget I will treasure it forever let’s just say everyone knew what was going on except for me it was all plan out and had my sweet nephew Lucas invole in the part Carl proposed to me in front of all my family i was in shock for sure that I keep saying no it does not no it does not really LOUD but very happy too and then I SAID YES I can’t wait to start this forever with you Carl Edward Vogan
