The recommended place to book a hotel would be the city of Hartford nearby ; where there are several options available.

This is a standard BBQ buffet. This is not a catered event therefore if you have any dietary restrictions please plan accordingly.

The campsites are pack in pack out. There are portapotties on location. The campsites are non electric with no water hookups. We can accommodate multiple types of camping vehicles or tents. Please contact Ali or Kevin if you are planning to camp or have any other questions.

There will be a restroom trailer onsite as well as porta-potties throughout the Venue and campsite areas.
