Our Wedding

Our story takes us back about 9 years...it's September (a busy time for us) in 2015 and Alison just transferred to an Applebees closer to her school, Monmouth University. While the whole Tinton Falls apple-fam welcomed her with open arms (and still do, to this day!) it was Nick who caught her eye with his charm and genuine kindness. We had our first formal date at Brick Wall Tavern in Asbury Park, NJ (which has since closed) during late October and we made it official on December 4th, 2015. It must have been meant to be: December 4th was also Alison's Grandma Charlotte and late Grandpa Ronnie's wedding anniversary (that year was their 60th.) While we don't want to bore you with all of the details, we'll skip ahead...Alison got her college degree! Nick got promoted multiple times and climbed the corporate ladder! Nick got his own apartment! Nick got a kitty! Alison moved in a little while later. We got another kitty! We attended multiple concerts, weddings, and even went on a few vacations (and thats just the sparknotes version.) On October 22, 2024, while we were on a cruise, Nick popped the question (even after 9 years Alison was still surprised.) Most of you have been there for us through it all. Whether you're just jumping in on our journey recently or have been there since that very first day, we can't thank you enough for joining us on September 28, 2025.

A block at the Crystal Point Inn (right in the same spot as our wedding at Crystal Point Yacht Club) was released on March 1st. Limited room rates available. Please call directly to book and mention Silverman-Larosa wedding when booking. Rooms were released to the public on August 28th, but you may still book as long as there is availability. If you’d like to stay the night before or require lodging, please see below. No rooms are currently available for the night before at Crystal Point Inn, but there are plenty of other hotels and motels in the area!
