It's a 10/15 minute drive to the venue from downtown Iowa City. Feel free to drive, Uber, or use the transportation provided from the hotels where the room blocks are!

A 56 person shuttle will be outside the Element/Hilton hotels in Iowa City. Two trips will be made prior to the ceremony (5:00pm), one will go at at ~3:45pm and the other at ~4:15pm. After dinner, the shuttle will run continuously back to the hotels through the end of the night.

Only two trips will be made prior to the ceremony, if the bus is full, or you are running late please drive or Uber to the venue. If upon your arrival the ceremony has already begun, we ask that you wait inside for it to be completed to avoid disrupting the event.

An appetizer table will be available during cocktail hour directly following the ceremony. Dinner will be family style entrees and sides, followed by apple cider donuts as a dessert. Please be aware that there are no "kids meals", if you have a picky eater, please plan accordingly! Additionally, most of the meal options are vegan, so if you have a dietary restriction that prevents you from eating dairy or meat products, you can eat most of what is served!

Drinks are on us! An open bar will be available all evening. Have fun!
