The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. No jeans please!

The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors in a temperature controlled climate; however, there is an outside deck and patio that guests are welcome to enjoy throughout the night.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Take the evening to enjoy a date night...you deserve it!

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you.

Yes, there is a block of rooms that has been reserved at the Pittsburgh Marriott North for guests who would like to spend the night. Please call 724.772.3700 and ask for the Reno Williams Wedding room block.

Yes, shuttles will be provided for transportation to and from the venue. The shuttle will leave to take guests to the ceremony from the Pittsburgh Marriott North promptly at 2:45 pm. There will be two returning trips back to the Pittsburgh Marriott North at 9:15 pm and 10:00 pm.
