Yes! We will be supplying our favorite mixed drinks, seltzers, and beer.

Our ceremony will be outside and our reception will be covered but also outside. Please dress according to the weather and we recommend not wearing high heels due to the gravel/grass.

We want everyone to be comfortable but also dressed up with us! Our dress code is dressy casual. For example, we suggest women wear a sundress, jumpsuit or wrap dress. For men, we suggest dress pants, dress shirt and a tie. Please keep in mind that we will be outside so plan accordingly.

Once you turn into the property labeled “Loyalhanna Hunt Club”, go all the way to the end until you see the ceremony and reception space. There will be plenty of parking for all guests in the gravel lot. It is a short walk to the ceremony and reception.

For guests invited to the ceremony, please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to park and find your seat. For guests invited to the reception, arrive anytime after 4:30.

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony which means we are asking that all guests please turn their phones off during the ceremony. Our photographer is amazing and will be taking plenty of photos! We will be so excited to take pictures with you during the reception :)

We will not have a shuttle to the ceremony but there will be a shuttle back to the hotel following the reception. The shuttle will arrive to the venue around 11:30. There may not be Ubers running near the venue so we recommend taking the shuttle back to the hotel and then taking an Uber from there if you are not staying at the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel, drive to the venue for the ceremony/reception and if you need a ride back to the hotel, please take the shuttle back to the hotel and we will assist with getting to your vehicle Sunday morning! :)

We will only be having close family children at the wedding. We hope you take this as an opportunity for a fun date night! :)
