Q + A

How do I RSVP?

If you're here to RSVP, you're in the right place! Click the RSVP tab & enter your name. There, you'll see who else is included on your invite so you can RSVP on their behalf. Please RSVP by August 3rd.

Do I have a plus one?

If your RSVP says "and guest" then yes! While we do have limited guest capacity, please let us know if you have a long term partner we missed.

Can we bring our kids?

As much as we love all of the children in our lives, our wedding ceremony & reception will be adult-only. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions due to venue constraints. We ask that you plan accordingly so that we can celebrate with you on our big day!

What should I wear?

The dress code for our wedding is Beach Formal (click below for inspo). This means a suit/blazer/sportscoat is required for men, ties optional. For ladies, tea-length to floor-length dresses or jumpsuits in light and airy colors, styles, & patterns (fyi, the bridal party will be wearing pink!).

What will the weather be like?

Though Michigan summers are often warm, September can be more unpredictable. The weather in previous Septembers has typically run between a high in the 70s & low in the 50s. We suggest bringing a light jacket to the ceremony just in case!

Can I take photos of the ceremony?

We ask for phones to be put away during our "unplugged" ceremony. However, feel free to take & share photos throughout our cocktail hour and reception. Don't forget to use our #Postman&Mrs hashtag for sharing photos!

Will there be available parking?

At the ceremony, there will be free parking reserved for our wedding guests with signs to follow. There is a lot located next to the reception venue with nearby street parking if the lot is full.

Where should I stay?

Grand Haven has many hotels, Airbnb's, & bed-and-breakfasts available. You can find links to these & more under the "Travel" tab.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

There will be a light cocktail hour following the ceremony with charcuterie. For dinner, we will be serving a selection of Italian cuisine. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.
