The wedding reception will be at this location.

The sand dunes is a Brazilian national park. Full of fun activities and amazing views, Barreirinhas (city where the dunes are located) is about 3-4hrs away from São Luis by car. After the wedding the bride and groom hope to take any guests that are interested to spend a few days in Barreirinhas to explore the dunes, go on boat rides on the river and more. The plan is to hire a tourist company who will facilitate transportation from and to São Luís, take care of the ATV and boat rentals, and more. Once we have an approximate head count we will be able to give an estimate for pricing. The dates would be leaving early Monday(10/6/25) and go back to São Luís Thursday(10/9/25) morning.

Travel

The historic downtown is amazing and you can feel its history in every corner. In downtown you can find an array of restaurants and different museums. You can also go on a tour inside the governors house. And most importantly the wedding ceremony is in the Cathedral located in downtown.

São Luís is an island (island of love as the locals like to call it), therefore is surrounded by amazing beaches and local seafood
