Update (July 1, 2024): We are thrilled to be celebrating our marriage on September 14th in Ocracoke Island! We hope that you are able to join us for a joyful weekend filled with friends, family, salty air, seafood, and live music!
Due to Wes's extended deployment, we had to postpone our Ocracoke wedding celebration that was planned for last December. However, the Lord's timing is always perfect, and we were grateful for His provision and redirection as our family faced other hardships that required the full presence of our hearts and minds.
After Wes's ship returned in January, we were able to get married in a small service in Greenville. We were joined by a handful of family and friends- including most of Wes's division from the USS Ford! What a gift!!
We are grateful and overjoyed to have the opportunity to celebrate our marriage with all our friends and family in a few short months. In September, we will have another wedding ceremony as well as a cocktail hour and reception!
Thank you to those who planned to celebrate with us in December. We are so grateful for your love, patience, and grace amidst the process of rescheduling the wedding weekend on such short notice. We know life is very busy, especially as the school year begins, but we hope that you are still able to join us for a weekend on the island!
Thank you for all the love, prayers, and well wishes!
-Alli Grant & Wes
